Euronics Group becomes official sponsor of UEFA Women’s Football
Leading electronic and home appliances retail group signs long-term deal to become a partner of UEFA Women’s Football
UEFA is proud to announce that the Euronics Group has become an official partner of UEFA Women’s Football in an agreement, which will run until 2025.
The partnership will give 22 international Euronics Group members the chance to support UEFA women’s football in each of their local markets by being sponsors of the UEFA Women’s Champions League, the UEFA Women’s EURO, the UEFA European Women’s Under-19 and Under-17 Championships, and the UEFA Women’s Futsal EURO, as well as UEFA’s Together #WePlayStrong programme, which is aimed at encouraging more girls and women to play football.
“We are delighted to be welcoming the Euronics Group as a UEFA sponsor for the first time, and for such an ambitious brand to choose to partner with us shows once again the speed at which women’s football is developing and what an attractive proposition it is, ” said Nadine Kessler, UEFA’s chief of women’s football.
“Without doubt the trajectory of this game can only be even brighter and, together with the Euronics Group and other partners of our programme, we will continue to strive to make an impact on the elite end of the game through our top competitions, but also so that girls across Europe can follow their dreams and play the sport they love.
The basis of the partnership is the shared belief in the enormous potential of women’s football. For the duration of this four-year commitment, the Euronics Group aims to support the growth of the game by backing UEFA’s plan to cement football as the leading women’s team sport in Europe.

The Euronics Group’s sponsorship of UEFA women’s football will commence at the start of the 2021/22 season, where they will join fellow partners Visa, Pepsi, Just Eat Takeaway.com and Hublot.
